Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from ventx.shop. This Refund & Return Policy describes the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging whenever possible.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition may not qualify.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at ventx@ventx.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide instructions and, when applicable, a return address.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damage caused during transportation

4. Exchanges

If you need a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a prompt exchange at no extra cost.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
